INNER SURFACE COATED UNIT

Water and moisture cause corrosion of metal parts. Fire extinguishers may become unusable due to corrosion. To prevent this, in the case of aqueous fire extinguishers, the inside of the cylinder is coated with special material. It is applied by applying the electrostatic powder paint to the inner surface with a spray gun.

WET TYPE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Water type fire extinguishers are described below. Due to the humidity of these extinguishers, uncoated metals wear and shorten their service life. A special coating is required to ensure that these materials do not reduce the lifetime of the fire extinguisher cylinder.

AFFF Foam Fire Extinguishers

AFFF foamed fire extinguishers Class A (combustion of normal materials) and Class B (combustion of liquids and gases) prevent re-ignition in fires.

Water Fire Extinguishers

It is ideal for combating fires containing solid flammable materials such as wood, paper, and textiles.

Water Mist Fire Extinguishers

Water mist fire extinguishers are highly effective in A, B, C, F class fires and electrical fires. Its purpose is to reduce the oxygen content by creating a fog screen around the fire.

Wet Chemical Fire Extinguishers

Wet Chemical fire extinguishers are effective in fires in flammable cooking environments containing oil.
